Books, especially for our youngest readers are for everyone and should share every one’s stories! Every story matters!

I have contacted schools from neighborhood and asked for the books they HAVE to dispose of because of our Governor’s Rule of Banned books. They have provided THOUSANDS of books for me to distribute to 10 local free little libraries. I don’t advertise in fear of people removing the books.
Everyone benefits when people are committed to learning, sharing, and celebrating diversity.
We believe in all colors! All are welcome!
Our library is a “little free diverse library.” In addition to BIPOC auhors and stories, we especially want to include books by and about Hawaii, Pacific, and Asian places and authors.
It’s important for everyone to be exposed to and learn from ALL perspectives and stories!
