My Little Free Library is a gift to my neighborhood. It’s important to me to have a variety of books for all ages, genders and ethnicity. That is how learn and connect. May we all embrace each other.
Because when I was a kid I pictured myself while reading, and I think every child deserves to see themselves fight pirates and climb trees and feel like they are able to be the explorers, princesses, action fighter they read in their books. Whatever skin color!
Everyone should have the opportunity to read a book of which they are represented.
