Our Little Free Library group here in Dedham, MA is committed to providing free access to literature that celebrates and promotes equity, diversity, and inclusiveness in all 15 of our little libraries.
To easily find books about diversity and share with all.
I am a woman of color and began reading books bt diverse authors back in high school. This was because of my live of reading and interest in the lives of people from every nation, tongue & tribe.🤎❤🖤💛
Reading diverse books is so important, both for providing windows into the experiences of others and as mirrors so everyone can see themselves reflected in the pages of books. I plan to encourage reading diverse books by stocking them in my Little Free Library.
