Aiming to make diverse, banned, and challenged books available to our community, especially to the students at the high school across the street.
Reading Enriches Our Community
Children need to enjoy books showcasing people that look like them.
We currently have a Little Free Library, but the addition of a Read in Color Library would be a special place where individuals and their families can experience something positive and feel included. We will ensure that the books will be of substance, culture and history, and well-being.
We believe EVERYONE is equal & should feel represented, empowered & loved.
