I think reading is very important. I think every child or adult should be able to get a book from this little Library or go to a Chicago Public Library.
I still believe that knowledge is power.
We hope to help break down racism and societal injustice by helping to educate the next generation on all of the wonderful accomplishments and contributions to our global community by people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, and others who have been excluded from our nations history books!

Read in Color is an amazing opportunity to reach (and teach!) all audiences no matter the color.
